By using the Troya Digital Solutions store or completing any purchase, you agree to these terms and conditions. We reserve the right to modify the terms at any time, and the modification takes effect as soon as it is published on this page.
2. Nature of products
All our products are digital and delivered via direct download from the “My Purchases” page after the order completes. Files are provided through signed temporary links for protection, and you can generate a new link whenever you need.
3. Account and balance
Creating an account is free and requires no mandatory purchase. You can top up your balance without buying, and the balance is deducted only upon purchase. Transferring or selling accounts is prohibited, and we reserve the right to suspend any misused account.
4. Acceptable use
Digital products are for the buyer's personal use unless stated otherwise. Republishing, selling or redistributing purchased files without prior written permission from the store is prohibited.
5. Payment methods
The store currently supports purchasing from topped-up balance or an instant payment request reviewed by the team after transfer. We never ask for your card details or passwords via email or messages.
6. Limitation of liability
We do our best to ensure product descriptions are accurate and files are safe. We are not liable for indirect damages resulting from using the products, and the relationship is governed by the applicable laws.
