Nature of digital products
Given the instantly copyable nature of digital products, a product cannot be returned after it has been downloaded. Please read the description carefully before purchasing, and use the free products to evaluate content quality.
Balance refunds
If a purchased file fails to download or is corrupted or different from its description, contact us within 7 days of purchase and we will compensate you by fixing the file, providing an alternative product, or refunding the amount to your store balance.
Cancelling pending orders
Orders awaiting payment confirmation (manual instant payment) can be cancelled anytime before confirmation, and if the purchase was deducted from balance, any cancellation by the team returns the amount to your balance automatically.
